Portable dry beverages cooler ANTA

A portable dry-flow beverage cooler, for table placement, is made for taping and cooling beverages.
The casing and the frame of Anta are made of stainless steel. For better manipulation, the handles are placed on the casing or ejected from the sides. The machine controls are easily accessible on the back side or on the front side at the height of the taps. The inputs placed on the back or in the middle of the bottom enable you to connect the beverage and gas hoses from any direction.
The thermal exchanger is made of an aluminium block that contains coils of stainless steel tubes with diameters of 6, 35, or 8mm. The horizontal organization of the cooling unit ensures an efficient flow of intake air.
The dry tap device ANTA with ecological coolant R290 meets the European standards for product quality approval.
Units are produced even with an in-built air compressor for pressurizing the barrels.
For these products, we hold certificates CE and TÜV.

We comply with European standards

The controls, accessible on the front panel, make it easy to operate the unit. The Antela cooler is also equipped with an aluminum cooling block containing embedded stainless steel tubular coils. Our units are filled with environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R-134a, R-600a, or R-290. The technical design and cooling systems of our units comply with European standards for product quality approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I choose the right dispenser?
The choice depends on the type of operation, the required capacity, and the intended use. We recommend consulting with SINOPU experts, who can help you design a suitable solution. It is important to determine at the outset what the tap system will be used for—whether you want a small portable cooler for your cabin for yourself and a neighbor, or a built-in tap system for an outdoor kitchen serving 50 people, or if you are organizing a music festival. Generally speaking, “dry coolers” with an aluminum block are more suitable for home use as well as professional applications where a mobile cooler is required. So-called water or wet coolers have the advantage of greater cold storage capacity, making them better for higher peak dispensing volumes. However, wet coolers must be filled with a large amount of water, and it takes significantly longer for them to cool down after startup. They are typically used in the hospitality industry.
  • What is the difference between a compressor-based and a compressor-less dispenser?
The model with a built-in compressor has the compressor integrated directly into the unit, which automatically provides the necessary pressure for smooth dispensing. This compressor can be turned off completely, allowing for external pressurization.  The non-compressor version requires an external pressurization device (e.g., a hand pump, a pressurized gas cylinder, or an external oil-free food-grade compressor).
  • Who is a built-in compressor dispenser best suited for?
A tap system with a built-in compressor is ideal for users who want the simplest possible operation and minimal hassle when it comes to dispensing beer, and who know they will finish a tapped keg within two to three days. Everything you need is integrated into a single compact unit, so all you need is a tapped keg, and the system will handle the proper pressurization and cooling.
  • Who is a compressor-less dispenser best suited for?
A beer dispenser without a built-in compressor is suitable for users who are comfortable with the technical adjustments required for dispensing and have enough space for an external pressurization system. It is also suitable when a keg of beer is left tapped for an extended period—provided that the appropriate gas is used.
  • How much maintenance does a dispenser require?
Regular maintenance primarily involves flushing or sanitizing the beverage lines, tap heads, and taps, as well as a basic technical inspection. Proper maintenance is essential for both beverage quality and the equipment’s longevity. It is generally recommended to flush the beer lines with water after each keg is tapped. Keep the tap handles clean at all times and perform a complete sanitization of the system at least once every two weeks, including the use of chemical agents and sanitizing tablets. During this sanitization, the tap handles and taps are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Seals can be lubricated with food-grade petroleum jelly. Coolers must be kept clean and free of dust—especially the condenser grille.
  • Wet or dry flow-through cooler?
Our product range includes wet and dry beer cooling systems. Wet coolers feature a water bath with an ice bank that cools the beverage augers. In contrast, dry coolers do not contain water. Here, aluminum-insulated blocks, into which the beverage augers are embedded, serve as the heat transfer medium and cold storage. This makes dry coolers easier to transport and install, and they begin cooling within minutes of being turned on. With wet coolers, this can take up to two hours.
